Delete your Qwhiz account

In the app

1. Open Qwhiz and go to Profile.
2. Tap Manage account, then Delete account.
3. Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away and you’re signed out.

Without the app

Email privacy@qwhiz.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you, and we delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your email address and password
• Your profile: player name, username and avatar
• Your friends list, stats, streaks and time zone
• Q Coins and items on your account. Unspent coins are lost and can’t be refunded.
• The record that you confirmed you’re 13 or older
• The link between your account and app analytics

What stays

• Results other players earned in challenges with you stay on their side, without your name or username.
• Solo rounds saved on your own phone stay on that phone until you delete the app.
• Copies in our encrypted backups are removed as the backups expire, within 30 days.
