- The day and roughly the time
- Your Qwhiz username, and email us from the address on your account
- For coins: the purchase date and pack, or when you watched the ad
- Your phone model and the app version (Profile, at the bottom)
Never send your password, a verification code or card details. We will never ask for them.
Privacy and your account
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, write to privacy@qwhiz.ai. To delete your account, follow these steps.
Someone in danger
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then tell us at support@qwhiz.ai so we can act on the account.
