How a Qwhiz round works
Ten questions, sixty seconds, and how your score is worked out.
A round is 10 questions in 60 seconds. Pick a subject and a level from Grade 1 to College/University, or tap Quick Mix and let Qwhiz choose.
Scoring
- A correct answer earns 100 points. There’s no speed bonus: your time only breaks ties.
- A wrong answer earns nothing and costs nothing.
- The clock pauses while an answer is shown, so reading the feedback never costs you time.
Who wins
In challenges and Live rooms the highest score wins. If two players have the same score, the faster total time wins, measured to the hundredth of a second. The same score and the same time to the hundredth is a tie.
Grade labels describe how hard the questions are, not who they are for. Qwhiz is for players 13 and older.
