Coin refunds
How refunds work for coin packs.
The App Store handles payments and refunds for coin packs. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
When a refund goes through, the coins from that pack are removed from your balance. If you already spent them, your balance can go below zero until you earn more.
Coins you earned for free, and coins on a deleted account, can’t be refunded.
