I bought coins but they didn’t arrive
What to check before contacting us.
- Make sure you’re signed in to the same Qwhiz account you used for the purchase.
- Open the Q Coins screen and check Coin history. Purchases can take a minute to appear.
- If you asked a parent to approve the purchase, the coins arrive once they approve.
Still missing? Email support@qwhiz.ai with the purchase date and the coin pack. Your App Store receipt helps, but never send your password or card details.
